We offer customs clearance seven days a week, 24 hours per day and can be reached by 24-hour answer telephone service through our office number and we also have on-call personnel with cellular telephone.

We are fully computerized and have the knowledge and expertise to clear shipments with Revenue Canada in any port in Canada through the use of the EDI customs clearance system (ACROSS). We are familiar with obtaining customs rulings to allow all of your imports to reflect the lowest possible rates of customs duties payable.

We have experience in the offshore oil industry having representing drilling operators, drill ships, supply and seismic vessels, since exploration first started off the East Coast of Newfoundland in the early 1970’s.

As Ships Agents, we are familiar with all port regulations and the requirements of vessels as it pertains Customs and Immigration. We are capable of handling vessels at any port in the province.

We have been handling Cruise Vessels in the port of St John’s, Newfoundland since they first called in 1989. We understand the importance of providing first rate service to allow the vessel to have an efficient port call so as to ensure that the passengers have a pleasant and enjoyable visit. We work closely with both owners and charterers to meet the requirements of operations in Canada and abroad. We are also involved in freight forwarding. We have the knowledge and capabilities to arrange for your shipments to be imported or exported as per your requirements. As a division of A. Harvey & Co. Ltd., we can also supply warehousing, both inside storage and outside yard space, at our premises on Torbay Road.
